Moulded profiles

At Bencros we specialise in two main types of moulding processes which are Compression and Injection moulding.

Compression moulding involves filling a preheated cavity with rubber compound and subjecting it to extreme pressure to produce the required profile, the mould remains heated for a predetermined time to facilitate the vulcanising process.
The second method, Injection moulding, involves extruding warm rubber compound into a specially designed mould capable of withstanding extreme pressure, prior to it being vulcanised in one of our  steam  pressurised autoclaves.
Both methods produce an excellent finish to our products whilst providing us with complete control over the rubber properties and tollerances.
